<\/div>[vc_custom_heading text=”La Pensione Guerrato se trouve \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un palais v\u00e9nitien dont la construction a commenc\u00e9 en 1227. Le palais fut donn\u00e9 aux s\u0153urs de San Lorenzo et ses chambres furent lou\u00e9es jusqu\u2019en 1381 aux marchands de passage \u00e0 Venise et aux v\u00e9nitiens.<\/p>\n

Le palais fut une sorte de chambres d\u2019h\u00f4te du nom de “Della Scimia“, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire “du Singe“. En 1513, un terrible incendie d\u00e9truisit le palais durant sa restructuration, effectu\u00e9e par les s\u0153urs de San Lorenzo. Le palais resta un “h\u00f4tel“ jusqu\u2019en 1713. D\u2019apr\u00e8s des \u00e9crits de cette p\u00e9riode, c\u2019est seulement \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque que les s\u0153urs s\u2019y install\u00e8rent.<\/p>\n

Nous savons que l\u2019historien Giuseppe Tassini parlait d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la Pensione dans le livre Curiosit\u00e0 Veneziane (Curiosit\u00e9s de Venise) o\u00f9 il faisait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la “calle“ parall\u00e8le, qui retrace l\u2019histoire et l\u2019ambiance des alentours de l\u2019h\u00f4tel.
\nAinsi, il nous donne des informations sur le palais, o\u00f9 viennent encore aujourd\u2019hui loger des touristes:<\/p>\n

\u00abScimia (singe) (Calle della) ou delle Spade, \u00e0 Rialto, pr\u00e8s de la Pescheria Grande. Nous trouvons que, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1498, cette petite rue s\u2019appelle “calle della Scimia“ et prend son nom d\u2019un bistrot, qui \u00e9tait dans le palais que Giovanni Venier avait donn\u00e9 aux s\u0153urs de San Lorenzo, le 5 septembre 1227, avec un document stipul\u00e9 chez le pr\u00eatre ou chez le notaire Pietro Bonvicini. D\u00e8s 27 f\u00e9vrier 1381, les s\u0153urs avaient transform\u00e9 l\u2019immeuble dans un bistro, appel\u00e9 “della Scimia“. Sanudo dans son livre Diarii, raconte que ce palais \u00e9tait br\u00fbl\u00e9 dans un terrible incendie en 1513, et le bistrot \u2013 qui appartenait aux religieuses \u2013 fut aussi d\u00e9truit. Ce palais avait la m\u00eame destination aussi dans le si\u00e8cle pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, tandis que la description de la paroisse de S. Giovanni Elemosinario en 1713 place dans la “Calle della Scimia“ au Rialto, un immeuble des s\u0153urs de S. Lorenzo pour le quel Simone Moscaroni, patron du bistrot “Scimia“, payait la location.
